Data collected
We collect: your WhatsApp number (for authentication), your name (which you provide voluntarily), your PIN (stored encrypted with bcrypt), your order history, and — for sellers — your ID (KYC).
Secure storage
All sensitive data (PIN, ID) is encrypted at rest. KYC documents are stored in a private space accessible only to the Marsatna team for validation.
Use
We use your data only to: run your account, send you order notifications, validate seller applications, and improve the service.
Sharing
We NEVER sell your data to third parties. We share your name and delivery address with the seller involved in an order, and your WhatsApp number with our messaging provider (Meta) to send you OTPs.
Your rights
At any time you can: view your data from My account ; request the deletion of your account ; request an export of your data (by email to support@marsatna.mr).
Cookies
We use a few essential cookies: authentication session, preferred language, selected country. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
