How do I become a seller?
Tap "Become a seller", fill in the form and add a photo of your ID. The team validates your account within 1 business day. Sign-up is free.
How do I publish a product?
From your seller space → Products → New product. Add sharp photos, a clear title, price, condition and stock. Quality photos strongly boost sales.
How do I manage my orders?
You get a notification (and a WhatsApp) for every order. In Seller → Orders, confirm, prepare and mark as shipped. The buyer follows progress in real time.
When and how do I get paid?
Your earnings are paid out via mobile money after each delivered order, minus the commission (10% by default). Track your payouts in Seller → Payouts.
What is the Premium subscription?
The free plan limits the number of products. Premium (monthly or yearly) unlocks unlimited products, variants, promo codes, verified badge and advanced analytics. You subscribe from Seller → Subscription (mobile payment + proof).
How do I get paid faster and sell more?
Reply quickly to messages, keep your stock up to date, offer fair prices and promotions, and take good photos. A good response rate improves your visibility.
